Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Background Layer to OPEN and activate

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Cutout
Use these settings



Repeat Cutout effect, changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 4
Click OK


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Background Layer to activate

Go to SELECTIONS >>>Invert

Airbrush with PURPLE
around ouside centre as indicated by the arrows

DESELECT





Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)


Now we'll do the BORDERS.





Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = Symmetric 3
COLOUR = BLACK
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0

Select the BLACK border and flood fill with the gradient.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 2.4

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings




Repeat Drop shadow WITHOUT changing the settings
DESELECT



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = Symmetric 20
COLOUR BLACK
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0

Select the BLACK border

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple >>> Diamonds
Go to EFFECTS >>> Artistic Effects >>> Enamel
Use these settings





Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 2.4

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = Symmetric 3
COLOUR RED
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0

Select the RED border and flood fill with the gradient.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 2.4

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = Symmetric 3
COLOUR RED
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0

Select the RED border and flood fill with the gradient.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 2.4

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK

DESELECT




Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = Symmetric 10
COLOUR = PURPLE ( #AB95DC )
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0




Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Greg's Filter Factory Vol II >>> Pool Shadow
Use the default settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 2.4

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = Symmetric 3
COLOUR = RED
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0

Select the RED border and flood fill with the gradient.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 2.4

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK

Resize to suit

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Unsharp Mask



Click OK

Save as a .jpg file
and you're finished *S*
