Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
click on Raster 2 to make active


Again with your SELECTION tool
still set to CIRCLE
Start in the centre of the image and draw a circle as shown below




Now do the same with the DAWN image.. as shown below



Right click on the title bar of the DAWN image and
select COPY from the drop down options



Right click on the title bar of the circular image and
select PASTE INTO SELECTION
from the drop down options

DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
click on Raster 1 to make active

With your SELECTION tool set to RECTANGLE
draw a square around the outside part of the image.

Then click inside the square to select the circular image.

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy 3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
click on Layer 3 to make active

With you EYEDROPPER tool
LEFT Click to select one of the colours
from the circular image

I chose this one... ( #70A992 )
(Same as this background *S*)

Flood fill Layer 3 with this colour.

Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)

With your SELECTION tool set to RECTANGLE
select a portion of the image as shown below



Right click on the title bar of the image and
select COPY from the drop down options

Right click in your PSP workspace
ans select PASTE AS NEW IMAGE
from the drop down options


OR
You can save this image to your computer
and use it as the pattern fill.




Load this 'pattern' into your Background Materials Box
using the 'pattern' option from the drop down options

Scale = 140
Angle = 0





DESELECT your MAIN image

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 85%
Check "Reduce All Layers"

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 5
COLOUR = RED


Select the RED border with your MAGIC WAND
and flood fill with the pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical and Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use same settings as before.
Click OK



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10

Select the RED border with your MAGIC WAND
and flood fill with the GREEN
( or whichever colour you selected for the background)


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Repeat the Drop Shadow instructions


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10

Select the RED border with your MAGIC WAND
and flood fill with the PATTERN


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Repeat the Drop Shadow instructions


Go to EFFECTS >>> Reflection Effects >>> Pattern



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use same settings as before.
Click OK

DESELECT

Change your background (Top Right box) to BLACK

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 1
COLOUR = BLACK

Click OK


Resize to suit
Save as .jpg image
