Click on the image below to be taken to a larger version
save to your computer.

Open up a new image 400 x 400
Transparent background

Flood fill with any colour.

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Kang4 >>> dayglo Lavalamp



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Geometric Effects >>> Circle




Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 95%
Make sure "Resize All Layers" is UNChecked

Click OK


With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Feather = 0
Tolerance = 0
Sample Merged = UNChecked

Select the area surrounding the circle.

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to EFFECTS >>> Reflection Effects >>> Kaleidoscope





Click OK






Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Unsharp Mask



Ckick OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Brightness & Contrast >>> Gamma Correction



Click OK

With your SELECTION tool set to Circle
draw a circle around the centre part of the image.
Hit your DELETE key to remove.
DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Raster 2)
Go to LAYERS >>> Arrange >>> Send to Bottom

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Raster 3)
Go to LAYERS >>> Arrange >>> Send to Bottom
