This is how
your image should now look.

BORDER 1
With your MAGIC WAND select the
transparent border.
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Load the "Silver" pattern
into your LOWER Materials Box
Scale = 100
Angle - 0
Flood fill the transparent area with the
'silver' pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Expand 6
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Hit your DELETE Key
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 100
select the silver border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use the "Metallic" preset
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow
changing Vertical & Horizontal
offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0
select the transparent border.
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Flood fill with PURPLE ( #64516D )
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow
changing Vertical & Horizontal
offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Cybia >>>
Screenworks
Use these settings

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness
>>> Sharpen
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings

Click OK
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Resize
Use these settings

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness
>>> Sharpen
BORDER 3
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders =
Symmetrical 3
COLOUR = RED
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0
Flood fill with the 'silver' pattern.
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use the METALLIC preset
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow
changing Vertical & Horizontal
offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy 3 >>>
Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

BORDER 4
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders =
Symmetrical 10
Select the RED border with your MAGIC
WAND
Flood fill with the 'silver' pattern.
Go to ADJUST >>>> Brightness
and Contrast >>>
Brightness/Contrast
Use these settings

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Cybia >>>
Screenworks
Use these settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings

Click OK
Go to ADJUST >>>> Brightness
and Contrast >>>
Brightness/Contrast
CHANGE BRIGHTNESS TO 100
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow
changing Vertical & Horizontal
offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 5
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders =
Symmetrical 10
COLOUR = PURPLE ( #64516D )
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow
changing Vertical & Horizontal
offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Cybia >>>
Screenworks
Use these settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings

Click OK
Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness
>>> Sharpen
DESELECT
Resize to suit
These are the settings I used
NOTE: I changed the 'Resize Type' to
BICUBIC

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness
>>> Unsharp Mask
Use these settings

Open up the 'silvercorner' tube in your
PSP workspace
Right click on the title bar and select
COPY from the options.
Go to your framed image... right click on
the title bar and
select SAVE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 50%
Make sure "Resize All Layers"
is UNCHECKED.
Position the corner to the bottom left of
your image
as shown below

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = - (minus) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
DESELECT
Right click on the title bar and select
COPY from the options.
Right click on the title bar again and
select SAVE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
Go to IMAGE >>> Mirror
Position the corner to the bottom right
of your image
Go to your LAYER PALETTE and close the
BACKGROUND Layer
Make sure one of the other layers is
selected
Go to LAYERS >>>> Merge
>>> Merge Visible
Right click on the title bar and select
COPY from the options.
Right click on the title bar again and
select SAVE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
Go to IMAGE >>> Flip
Go to LAYERS >>>> Merge
>>> Merge All ( Flatten)
Save as a .jpg image.
