I thought I'd add a little interest to the image in this tutorial
before doing the framing *S*
Hope you enjoy this tutorial.

You will need EyeCandy 3
download
and
Cybia Screenworks
download
Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder.

SilverCorner tube
download
Download and extract to a Folder on your computer.



Right click and save the following 'Silver' PATTERN
to a folder on your computer



Right click and save the following 'Fairy' image
to a folder on your computer





Open up the "Fairy" image in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original image


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Right Click on BACKGROUND and select Promote Background Layer
from the options.

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings
Mode = Replace
MatchMode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 10
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the BLACK areas of the image






Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> Artistic Effects >>> Chrome
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>>>> Sharpen More

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert



Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Mosaic Antique
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Mosaic Glass
Use these settings



Click OK


Go to ADJUST >>> Hue & Saturation >>> Colourize
Use these settings



Click OK
Go to ADJUST >>> Softness >>> Soften


Go to ADJUST >>> Brightness/Contrast
Use these settings



Click OK



Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK





DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 85%
Make sure "Resize All Layers " is UNCHECKED



OK... Let's frame it.....
