Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Layer 1

Flood fill with foreground Dark Peach colour ( #EFAC97 )


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Layer 2


With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the outer section of the frame


Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Layer 4)

Flood fill with foreground colour ( #EFAC97 )


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Expand = 5

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Hit your DELETE key
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND
Position it close to the dark frame so as to
select the new border





Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
COLOUR = ( #A87C72 )

Save the settings as "Chisel 1"




Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Change your background colour in your
COLOURS PALETTE
to BLUE ( #5B8EA5 )

Flood fill the OUTER selection with BLUE
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
COLOUR = BLUE ( #5B8EA5 )

Save the settings as "Chisel 2"



Click OK

DESELECT




Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Raster 3 to activate


DOUBLE Click on your SELECTION tool
Use these settings,





Right click on the title bar of the DANCER image and
select COPY from the options

Right click on the title bar of the FRAME image and
select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options

DESELECT


Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)

Load the LIGHT PEACH into your Background Styles box


Click on the arrows between the colour STYLES boxes
on your COLOUR PALETTE



so that the darker colour is now in the background STYLES box

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Border


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Select the CHISEL 1 preset
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK


DESELECT





Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 6


With your MAGIC WAND
select the Border
Flood fill with the foreground colour (Light Peach)

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Border


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Select the CHISEL 1 preset
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK


DESELECT




Change the Background colour in your lower STYLES box
on your COLOUR PALETTE
to PALE BLUE (#A8D0F2 )


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10


With your MAGIC WAND
select the WHITE Border
Flood fill with the BLUE background colour

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Blinds
COLOUR = BLUE ( #465D6F )




Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Select the CHISEL 2 preset
CHANGE THE COLOUR TO WHITE
Click OK

DESELECT



Change the Background colour in your lower STYLES box
on your COLOUR PALETTE
to DARK PEACH ( #EFAC97 )


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3


With your MAGIC WAND
select the DARK PEACH Border
Flood fill with the foreground colour

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Select the CHISEL 1 preset

Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK


DESELECT

******************

Resize to suit
Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen
Save as a .jpg file
and
you're finished
