Change your Background colour to WHITE

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 5

Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the White Border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 6
Opacity = 80
Blur = 8.2
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

DESELECT


Change your Background colour to Dark Tan ( #B57243 )

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20

Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the Tan Border


Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Blinds
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat the 'Blinds' effect
but this time UNCHECK the 'Horizontal' option

Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel




Click OK


DESELECT




Change your Background colour to White ( #DEBE9D )


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 5

Click OK



With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the White Border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
use same settings

Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT




Change your Background colour to Dark Tan ( #B57243 )

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10

Click OK



With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the Dark Tan Border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
use same settings

Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK





Change your Background colour to WHITE

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10

Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the Dark Tan Border

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Texture
Use these settings




Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
use same settings

Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT


With your SELECTION tool
Settings:
Selection Type = Rectangle
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked

Select the area from the inside of the first white border
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert




Go to EFFECTS >>> Reflection Effects >>> Pattern
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
use same settings

Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen


DESELECT


Save your image as a .jpg file
and that's all there is to it *S*
