Right click and save this pattern to a folder on your computer




Open up the Pattern in your PSP workspace

Load the pattern into your Background MATERIALS box.
SCALE = 100
ANGLE = 0
Load BLACK or very Dark Brown into your Foreground MATERIALS Box.




Open up a new image 400 x 400
Flood fill with the Butterfly pattern

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer

Select your AIRBRUSH tool and use these settings



Draw uneven lines vertically, as shown below




Go to ADJUST >>>Blur >>> Gaussian Blur







Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)
That's all there is to it *S*
