Right click and save this pattern to a folder on your computer




Open up the Pattern in your PSP workspace

Load the pattern into your Background Styles box.
Load BLACK or very Dark Brown into your Foreground Styles Box.




Open up a new image 400 x 400
Flood fill with the Butterfly pattern

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer

Select your AIRBRUSH tool and use these settings



Draw uneven lines vertically, as shown below




Go to EFFECTS >>>Blur >>> Gaussian Blur







Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)
That's all there is to it *S*
