Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge visible
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
select the centre transparent area of the
frame
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Load 'antiquesilver2' gradient into your
foreground box
on your MATERIALS PALETTE
Angle = 320
Repeats = 0
Flood Fill with the 'antiquesilver2'
gradient
Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
drag Raster 2 below the Merged Layer.

Click on the Merged Layer to activate
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
same settings
Change the FEATHER to = 1
select the area outside of the frame

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
click on Raster 2 to activate
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
Go to EFFECTS >>>3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel

Click OK
Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
OPEN Raster 1
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge visible
Use your SELECTION tool to trim the
excess transparent area
surrounding your frame.
Go to IMAGE >>> Crop to
Selection
Save the frame as a .psp image
before going any further,
since you may want to use it several
times.

Go to WINDOW >>>Duplicate
Close your 'saved' .psp frame
Click on the centre transparent area of
the frame
with your MAGIC WAND
same settings.
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Expand 2
Go to LAYERS >>> new Raster
Layer
Go to LAYERS >>> Arrange
>>> Send to bottom
Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
make sure Raster 1 is activated
(You can use the
image provided or use one of your own.
If you use your own... make sure it is
SQUARE...ISH...
otherwise it will look distorted.. )
Select the image you wish to frame
Right click on the title bar and
select COPY from the options
Right click on the title bar of your
FRAME image and
select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the
options
Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
click on the Merged Layer to activate
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy 3 >>>
Drop Shadow

Click OK
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge visible

You may now save it as a .gif image
Or add a background
and save it as a .jpg image
