Go to FILE >>> Save As

Give your image a name and save as a .GIF file
Since this image has only 2 frames then I opted for 'Better Quality Image'
Click NEXT




Wait until this finishes processing then...
Click NEXT




This is a preview of your optimised image
Click NEXT




This shows approximately how long your image will take
to download depending on the speed of the modem being used.

Click FINISH




Close the animation by clicking on the 'X' at the top right of the image.

Close the 'frames' by clicking on the 'X' at the top right of the frames.

Close Animation Shop by clicking on the 'X' at the top right of the screen
