This is just a fun tutorial that I hope

You will need Eye Candy 3.1 or 3.03
download
and
you will need VDL Unplugged Tools
download
Leaf ZIP
Extract to your PSP Patterns folder

Right click and save this image on your
computer.
Then open
it up in your PSP workspace.
Right click and COPY this SWATCH
then Right click in your PSP workspace
and select
PASTE AS NEW IMAGE
Now we're ready to get started *S*
With your EYEDROPPER tool
right click on the colour swatch and this
will place this colour
in your Background section of the colour
palette.
Choose your SELECTION tool
Settings:
Type = Rectangle
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked
Draw a rectangle around the inner section
of the painting
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
This will select the white area
surrounding the painting.
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Chisel
Use these settings
On your COLOUR PALETTE
Load the Leaf Pattern into your
Foreground Materials Box
ANGLE = 0
SCALE = 100
Flood fill the white border with the Leaf
Pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings
Click OK
Go to ADJUST >>> Brightness
& Contrast >>> Gamma
Correction
Use these settings
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eyecandy 3 >>> Drop
Shadow
Repeat the drop shadow BUT change the
DIRECTION to 141
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Flood fill with the GREEN background
colour
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Unplugged Tools >>>
Jalusi
Use these settings
Click OK
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
select one of the green areas shown below
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Select similar
Click OK
Hit your DELETE key
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge All (Flatten)
Resize to suit
and save as a .jpg image.
