You will need "VIBRATIONS" and "KALEIDOSCOPE"
which you can download directly

Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder

Right click and save this 'goldtexture' pattern to a folder on your computer.



Right click and save this image to a folder on your computer.

Open up your 'goldtexture' pattern in your PSP workspace
then MINIMIZE

Set up your COLOUR PALETTE
as shown below
GOLD TEXTURE = Angle 0, Scale 100




Open up your 'BoysFromOz' image in your PSP workspace

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2 Symmetric

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the border

Flood fill with the goldtexture pattern.

DESELECT


BORDER 2


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15 Symmetric

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Fine Leather
Use these settings
COLOUR = #C1DEFF



Click OK

DESELECT




BORDER 3

Click on the arrows between the foreground and background colours
at the top of your COLOUR PALETTE
so that the BLACK is now your Background colour

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2 Symmetric

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the border

Flood fill with the goldtexture pattern.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK

DESELECT



BORDER 4


Click on the arrows between the foreground and background colours
at the top of your COLOUR PALETTE
so that the CREAM is now your Background colour

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10 Symmetric

Click on the arrows between the foreground and background colours
at the top of your COLOUR PALETTE
so that the BLACK is now your Background colour

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10 Symmetric

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Contract 20

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate

Hit your DELETE key

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close "Copy of Copy of Background"
Highlight "Copy of Background" to activate




Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> L en K landksiteofwonders >>> Trix
Use these settings



Click OK

Your image should look like this
