Download and extract
to your PSP Patterns folder.
'Corner' tube

Download and extract
to a folder on your computer.
Mac's (Remove White)
ALL MAC'S FILTERS
download
Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder
Eye Candy 3
download
Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder
Right click and save this
"Abbey" image to a folder on
your computer.

This tutorial works from the inside out
when
creating the borders and uses many
layers.
Open up the corner tube in your PSP
workspace
then minimize it.
Open up your "Abbey" image in
your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original Image
Go to LAYERS >>> Promote to
Layer
On your COLOUR PALETTE
Load the Gold Foil pattern in your
Foreground Styles Box
Scale = 100
Angle = 0
AND
Load WHITE in your Background Styles Box
Click on the duplicated image to activate
Go to IMAGE >>> Resize
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Mac's >>> Remove
White
Go to COLOURS >>>Adjust
>>> Gamma Correction
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy3 >>>
Dropshadow
Use these settings
COLOUR = #987246
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy3 >>>
Dropshadow
Use these settings
COLOUR = BLACK
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen
>>> Sharpen
REPEAT the "Sharpen" effect
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Flood Fill with WHITE
Go to LAYERS >>> Arrange
>>> Send to bottom
Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture
Effects >>> Fine Leather
Use these settings
COLOUR = BLUE ( #C1DEFF )
Click OK
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge Visible
Go to IMAGE >>> Canvas Size
Click OK
Go to IMAGE >>>> Resize
Click OK
