This is a quick and easy frame to create.


You will need the following to complete this tutorial

Eye Candy 3
download

The VM Distortion plugin

Xero plugins - you'll need Set 2
( you may as well download all sets since you'll probably use them)

Set_1
Set_2
Set_3
Set_4

Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder


Right click and save this image to a folder on your computer

Open up your WOLVES image in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original image


Go to LAYERS >>> Promote to Layer
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Xero >>> Serious Fog
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Contract = 25

Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate
Hit your DELETE Key

Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> VM Distortion >>> The Black Hole


Click OK

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
Right click on the "Copy of Layer 1" Layer
and select DUPLICATE from The Options





Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> VM Distortion >>> The Black Hole



Click OK

DESELECT


Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
Close 'Layer 1"
and
"Copy of Layer 1"







Click on the first "Copy of Copy of Layer 1" to activate

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Click on the second "Copy of Copy of Layer 1" to activate ( TOP LAYER)
REPEAT DROP SHADOW

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
OPEN "Copy of Layer 1"



Click on "Copy of Layer 1" to activate

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED


Select the centre transparent section of the image
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge Visible
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
