You'll need is Simple Filters
Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder.
You will also need the
"Gold_GD" pattern
Download HERE and extract to
your Paint Shop Pro Patterns folder

Click on the image below to be taken to
the larger version
which you should save to a folder on your
computer.

Open up the large image in your PSP
workspace.
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original image.
Go to IMAGE >>> Resize
Use the following settings

Click OK
Go to LAYERS >>>Promote to Layer
Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen
>>> Sharpen
This adds a little 'sparkle' to the image
*S*
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer.
Open up your 'Gold DG' pattern in your
PSP workspace,
Load the Gold GD pattern into your
Background (lower Styles Box)

Scale = 100
Angle = 0
Click OK
Flood fill Layer 2 with the "Gold
DG' pattern
Go to your LAYER PALETTE and change the
BLEND MODE to "Colour"
and reduce the Opacity to 43%

Now... doesn't that make the tone of the
image more attractive *S*

Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge All (Flatten)
Load WHITE into your Background by right
clicking the box
at the top right of your colour palette
and selecting WHITE
Load Brown ( #7F4D28 ) into the
Foreground box at the top left
of your colour palette.
Your COLOUR PALETTE should look like
this.

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB value
Tolerance - 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the Gold pattern
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the BROWN
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the Gold pattern
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 12
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Top
Bottom Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Left
right Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Pizza
Slice Mirror
Go to EFFECTS >>> Blur
>>> Gaussian Blur

DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the Gold pattern
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the BROWN
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the Gold pattern
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Top
Bottom Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Left
right Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Pizza
Slice Mirror
DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the Gold pattern
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the BROWN
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the Gold pattern
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Top
Bottom Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Left
right Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Pizza
Slice Mirror
Go to EFFECTS >>> Blur
>>> Gaussian Blur

DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the Gold pattern
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the BROWN
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border and flood fill
with the Gold pattern
DESELECT
Resize to suit
If you feel the need to Sharpen the image
Go to EFFECTS >>>> Sharpen
>>> Unsharp Mask
and use these settings

Now you're finished
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. It
really wasn't too difficult and
ended up a nice effect for a particularly
'busy' image.
