Go to LAYERS >>> Promote to Layer (layer 1)

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (layer 2)
Go to LAYERS >>> Arrange >>> Send to Bottom

Go to IMAGE >>> Canvas Size
Use these settings



Click OK

Flood fill Layer 2 with the PASTEL texture

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Go to your LAYER PALETTE and CLOSE Layers 1 and 2




Load the Purple Texture Pattern into your
Background Styles Box

Select your PRESET SHAPES tool
Use these settings





Starting at position 10 (across) and 10 (down)
Drag your cursor to positions 290 (across) and 245 (down)




With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the blank area surrounding the shape.

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Contract = 15
Hit your DELETE Key

DESELECT


With your SELECTION tool
Settings:
Selection Type = Rectangle
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked

Draw a rectancle around to outside of the shape
then click inside the rectangle to select the shape.


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bavel
Use these settings:



Click OK

DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
OPEN Layers 1 and 2

With Layer 3 highlighted (active)
Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 120%



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical and Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 70%
Blur = 10.5
Colour = Black

Click OK

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Layer 3 to make active
Apply same Drop Shadow.

OUTER BORDER 1


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND select the RED border
flood fill with the Gold Pattern.


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings as before.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Horizontal & Vertical = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT
change Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1

Cluck OK

DESELECT


OUTER BORDER 2

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15

With your MAGIC WAND select the RED border
flood fill with the Purple Texture Pattern.


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings as before.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Horizontal & Vertical = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT
change Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1

Click OK

DESELECT


OUTER BORDER 3


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND select the RED border
flood fill with the Gold Pattern.


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings as before.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Horizontal & Vertical = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Clour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT
change Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1

Click OK

DESELECT




OUTER BORDER 4

Load the Pastel Texture in your Background Materials Box.

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15

With your MAGIC WAND select the RED border
flood fill with the Purple Texture Pattern.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Horizontal & Vertical = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT
change Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1

Click OK

DESELECT



OUTER BORDER 5

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND select the RED border
flood fill with the Gold Pattern.


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings as before.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Horizontal & Vertical = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Clour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT
change Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1

Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Horizontal & Vertical = 3
Opacity = 70
Blur = 10.6
Clour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT
change Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 3
Click OK

DESELECT


OUTER BORDER 6


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND select the RED border
flood fill with the Gold Pattern.


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings as before.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Horizontal & Vertical = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Clour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT
change Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1

Click OK



DESELECT



Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Unsharp Mask
Use these settings



Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Save your image as a .jpg file

AND YOU'RE DONE!! *S*
