Right click and save this "Flight" image to a folder on your computer

Save these 2 textures in a folder on your computer
Then open them up in your PSP workspace

( Pastel Texture / Purple Texture / Gold Texture )

Set your Foreground to BLACK
Set your Background to RED

Load the Gold Texture in your Foreground Styles Box
Scale = 100 Angle = 31

Load the Pastel Texture in your Background Styles Box
Scale = 100 Angle = 0

Open up the "Flight" image in your PSP workspace.
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original image.

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 80%

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 6

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the RED border and
flood fill with the Pastel Texture.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 3

BORDER 4

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 9

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the RED border and
flood fill with the Pastel Texture.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 5

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the RED border and
flood fill with the Gold Texture.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the "METALLIC" preset as used previously.
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 6
Opacity = 100
Blur = 14.1
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 6
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 6

Load the Purple Texture in your Background Materials Box.

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the RED border and
flood fill with the Purple Texture.

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy 4000 >>> Glass
Click on the 'Settings" tab and select "Tubing"
Then use these settings

Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 7

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the RED border and
flood fill with the Gold Texture.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the "METALLIC" preset as used previously.
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 8

Load the Pastel Texture in your Background Styles Box.

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 9

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the RED border and
flood fill with the Pastel Texture.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 9

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Select the RED border and
flood fill with the Gold Texture.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the "METALLIC" preset as used previously.
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 6
Opacity = 100
Blur = 10.6
Colour = Black

Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow but this time change the
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 6
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize 250 x 206

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Unsharp Mask
Use these settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Save your Image.
