CREATING SLATS

This is a simple tutorial
BUT
you will need the VM Extravaganza plugin
download

you will also need Eye Candy 3.1 or 3.03
download
AND
Eye Candy 4000
download

You will need the 'Objects.jsl' file which you can download
HERE
Extract to your "Paint Shop Pro 8/Preset Shapes" folder


Open a new image 400 x 400
transparent background.

Select your PRESET SHAPES tool
Scroll down to locate and select the heart shape..
Settings
Antialias = Checked
Line width = 3
Line Style = #1 Solid




Set your foreground and background colours to BLACK


Starting at position 50, 50 drag your mouse
to position 350, 350





Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> VM Extravaganza >>> Shoutin'!
Use these settings




Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND select one of the Black sections.
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Select similar

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Hit your DELETE KEY

Deselect.

Save as a .psp image (tube)



Now.... that wasn't too hard... was it?
Let's do something with it *S*


Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close or minimise the original Heart Slats you just created.
