STEP 1 Open up the basic interior image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background Layer LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with BLACK SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Rename this layer BGD SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 2 Open up the Toons image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the left toon Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. .
STEP 3 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 30% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 4 Back to the Toons image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the right toon Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 5 Back to the Toons image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the centre toon Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 26% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 Open up the DECOS-dQ8 image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the lower left DECO Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 8 Back to the DECOS-dQ8 image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the lower right DECO Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 9 Open up the img-thing image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 200 Vertical Offset = 150 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 65 Blur = 10.00 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

STEP 25 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options,
STEP 26 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP.
