STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2020: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the light-blue-shapes-21123 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options . Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT.
STEP 2 Open up the Background pic-d99 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE CLOSE Copy of Raster 2 ACTIVATE Raster 2 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE.
STEP 3 Choose your SELECTION TOOL On the top menu select 'Create selection from: . EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 70% ADJUST >>> BLUR >>> GAUSSIAN BLUR Radius = 25.00 DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Alien Skin Xenofex 2 >>> Electrify Click "Glow" tab and enter these settings Inner & Outer Colors = WHITE Click "Basic" tab and enter these settings Click OK DO NOT DESELECT .

STEP 6 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 7 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 6 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 9.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 6 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 7 OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Choose your SELECTION TOOL On the top menu select 'Create selection from: . LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
