STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load ORANGE " #db5610 " in your foreground Load GREEN " #016e82 " in your background Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel PSPX3-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel.
STEP 2 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 50 Flood fill with GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with ORANGE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 3 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Anti-alias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2019: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2019: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2019: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the outer green border
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL COLOR = #e6e4e2 DESELECT.
STEP 5 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the orange border EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings DESELECT ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 7 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Open up the scene-3e16 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options (Minimize for now ) Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the CENTRE area of your tag SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Maximize the scene-3e16 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR
STEP 9 Open up the bamboo image in your PSP workspace and minimize In your MATERIALS PALETTE load bamboo pattern in the foreground using these settings
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM Flood fill with the bamboo pattern SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 11 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load ORANGE " #db5610 " in your foreground ,
STEP 12 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with ORANGE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT,

STEP 15 ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> BRING TO TOP ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 Open up the asian-beauty81 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 15 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 15 Edge Mode = Transparent
