STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2020: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with WHITE #ffffff LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER . Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates. .
STEP 2 Open up the Wallpaper447f image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE DO NOT DESELECT .
STEP 3 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load Arguld10 pattern in the foreground using these settings .
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with Arguld10 pattern SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT .
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with Arguld10 pattern SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 20 Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2020: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2020: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2020: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - PSP2020: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the area indicated
STEP 7 Open up the element-0184 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE DESELECT
STEP 8 Open up the 871494Sanstitre27 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 160 Vertical Offset = 30 Edge Mode = Transparent SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 9 Open up the tender moment image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 225 Vertical Offset = 15 Edge Mode = Transparent ,
STEP 10 Open up the a mother -WA image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 225 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 210 Edge Mode = Transparent SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 11 Open up the triple roses image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 100 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 140 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE UP
STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 6 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 15.00 ,
STEP 13 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 14 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT	BEFORE AFTER
STEP 15 Open up the single rose image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 285 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 205 Edge Mode = Transparent Repeat Drop Shadow SAVE YOUR WORK
