STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2020: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates. . .
STEP 2 Open up the wallpaper-9a0e image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options. Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT

STEP 4 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK BLUE " #133460 " in your foreground Load LIGHT BLUE " #3694e0 " in your background Then click on the GRADIENT option in your foreground palette Select the "Foreground-background" option using these settings. Style >>> Linear .
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with the GRADIENT LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN ACTIVATE Raster 1 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ,
STEP 6 Open up the trturkanin_laserleri._24 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Choose your SELECTION TOOL On the top menu select 'Create selection from: LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the star bgd2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
