STEP 1 Open up the Aqua-Blue00 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer . PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 - PSPX8: Use script available for download at top of page. (Higher versions follow your version's method) EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE.
STEP 2 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates. .
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the dotted-abstract image in your PSP workspace PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSP2020: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 4 Open up the sky background image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 5 Open up the sun_352L image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 180 Vertical Offset = 150 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 6 Open up the cloud_misty image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 150 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the WoollyHowl image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 170 Vertical Offset = 110 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 60% LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the fairytalebook image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Check "Lock aspect ratio." STEP 15 Open up the ScreamingDeath image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 16 Open up the green dragon image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 17 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load zilverpatroon pattern in the foreground using these settings

STEP 19 VIEW >>> RULERS Open up the kids-619 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 22 Antialias = Checked Starting at 0 pixels across and 480 pixels down drag your cursor to 359 pixels across and 636 pixels down and release EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 20 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio."
