STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK BLUE " #084aac " in your foreground Load LIGHT BLUE " #9ebade " in your background Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2020: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with DARK BLUE ,
STEP 2 Open up the JF-Deco-ellipse image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. .
STEP 3 Open up the element-ab3 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. .
STEP 4 Choose your SELECTION TOOL On the top menu select 'Create selection from:
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 Open up the 8T6-MUSIC image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 - PSP2020: Use script available for download at top of page. (Higher versions follow your version's method) IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE .
STEP 7 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 75 Vertical Offset = 100 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE UP In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the Monaiekje deco 10 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 10 Open up the flowers726-0l image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 170 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 180 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 11 Open up the dancer-58f image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
