STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX - PSP2020: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the wallpaperb92c image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FLIP PSPX4 - PSPX8: Use script available for download at top of page. STEP 2 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Open up the element-ppf image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 3 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2019: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2019: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2019: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - PSP2019: ANTIALIAS = Outside , Select the red element ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT DELETE Raster 2 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 100% IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Hue = 180 Saturation = 80
STEP 5 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load LILAC " #c0b9da " in your foreground Load PURPLE " #413668 " in your background Then click on the GRADIENT option in your foreground palette Select the Foreground-background option. STYLE = Linear

STEP 7 In your MATERIALS PALETTE change the Gradient "Repeats" to = 20 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with the GRADIENT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 0.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 ,SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Choose your SELECTION TOOL On the top menu select 'Create selection from: LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with the GRADIENT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Repeat BOTH Drop Shadows
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND ....Same settings Select the CENTRE of your image SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 7 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 10 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the decos-71 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 305 Vertical Offset = 145 Edge Mode = Transparent
