STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX - PSP2020: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Open up the heart corner image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 156 Vertical Offset = 100 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 3 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 100% Open up the PAF_Shape image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 4 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood fill with MAROON #650804 ACTIVATE Raster 3 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 20 Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2020: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2020: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2020: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - PSP2020: ANTIALIAS = Outside , Select the CENTRE of your image
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT DELETE Raster 3 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 Open up the JF-Decos.png image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the lower deco Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 120 Edge Mode = Transparent.,

STEP 11 Open up the pearl accent image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
