STEP 1 . Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel PSPX3-PSP2020: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the abstract-line-rainbow image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT

STEP 3 CLOSE Raster 1 Keep Copy of Raster 1 active LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSP2019: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 10 Feather = 2 Anti-alias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2019: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2019: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2019: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - PSP2019: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the blue areas indicated.
STEP 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 EDIT >>> Repeat resize SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 5 With your MAGIC WAND ... Same settings Select the OUTER transparent area SELECTIONS >>> INVERT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 30 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

STEP 9 VIEW >>> RULERS ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSP2019: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-PSP2019:Select your PICK tool Move the centre left node level with the 50 pixel mark on your top ruler. Move the centre right node level with the 750 pixel mark on your top ruler.
STEP 10 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select your MOVER tool to disengage the Deformation / Pick tool ACTIVATE the upper Copy of Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND ... Same settings Select the CENTRE area of your image ACTIVATE the lower Copy of Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK

STEP 17 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-PSP2019:Select your PICK tool Move the centre left node level with the 100 pixel mark on your top ruler. Move the centre right node level with the 700 pixel mark on your top ruler.,

STEP 19 Open up the Winter Fun image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 20 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name ,
