STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel, SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the honeycomb image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 92% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to BURN
STEP 3 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load RED " #c23c3b " in your foreground Load YELLOW " #f3bd59 " in your background Choose your SELECTION TOOL On the top menu select 'Create selection from: LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER . ,

STEP 6 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 3 Colour = Black Opacity = 65 Blur = 8.00 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 3 Click OK ACTIVATE Raster 3 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE Rename this layer BGD SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 7 Open up the swarm image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Rename this layer LADY 1
STEP 8 Choose your SELECTION TOOL On the top menu select 'Create selection from: LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with RED SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with YELLOW SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 Flood fill with RED SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with YELLOW SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 9 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Anti-alias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2019: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2019: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2019: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the transparent area between the 2 inner frames Flood fill with BLACK #242b35 DESELECT
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 3 Colour = Black Opacity = 65 Blur = 8.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 3 Click OK, Rename this layer INNER FRAME ACTIVATE the LADY 1 layer IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 92% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 11 Back to the swarm image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 12 Back to the swarm image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 14 Open up the pansy-dandelion image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 15 Open up the bees5 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25% Ensure "Resize all layers" is CHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN ,
STEP 16 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked On your duplicated bees5 image Select the LOWER RIGHT bee Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 17 On your duplicated bees5 image Select the CENTRE bee Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 18 On your duplicated bees5 image Select the TOP RIGHT bee Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Rename this layer BEE 1
STEP 19 CLOSE BEE 1 On your duplicated bees5 image Select the LOWER LEFT bee Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 20 CLOSE BEE 2 On your duplicated bees5 image Select the LOWER RIGHT bee Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 21 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 22 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 23 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 24 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options ,
STEP 25 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options,
STEP 26 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Edit >> Select All Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 50 ,
STEP 27 Right click inside the last frame (F:4) to activate Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 100
STEP 28 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop ,
