STEP 1 Open up the Shell-deco image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> CLOCKWISE 90 PSPX - PSP2019 Image...Rotate Right IMAGE >>> CANVAS SIZE ......... SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 2 ACTIVATE the TOP layer Open up the crmikuchism image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE CLOSE Copy of Raster 1 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 340 Vertical Offset = 220 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer OCTO 7

STEP 8 CLOSE layers OCTO 7 to OCTO 3 With OCTO 2 active change the OPACITY to 70% Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Smoothing = 6 Antialias = Checked Select the area indicated.
STEP 9 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Change the OPACITY to 100% SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 95 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 45 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer OCTO 1
STEP 11 In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 70% Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the area indicated.
STEP 12 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Change the OPACITY to 100% SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 13 CLOSE OCTO 1 and OCTO 2 layers With OCTO 1 active Open up the beautiful-mermaid image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 210 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 58 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer MERMAID 1 SAVE YOUR WORK

STEP 17 Open up the Ocean_2b image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Rename this layer BGD
STEP 18 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load LIGHT BLUE " #2cdaf2 " in your foreground Load DARK BLUE " #0f80d0 " in your background ACTIVATE MERMAID 3 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with DARK BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with DARK BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE Rename this layer FRAME
STEP 19 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 3 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 8.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 3 ,
STEP 20 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 21 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 22 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 23 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 24 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 25 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options

STEP 28 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options

STEP 30 In ANIMATION SHOP OPEN >>> Animation Locate the ocean-ani2.gif and open Edit >> Select All ,
STEP 31 Activate Animation1* Edit >> Select All Edit >> Copy Edit >> Propagate Paste Activate the ocean-ani2.gif animation ZOOM IN on the first frame (F:1) Edit >> Paste into selected frame and carefully paste the image lining up the edges before releasing your mouse.
STEP 32 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop ,
