STEP 1
Open a new image 800 x 600
Transparent background
PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit)
PSPX-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the
CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.

STEP 2
Open up the wallpaper-1b28 image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options.
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
DESELECT
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
SAVE YOUR WORK

Check "Lock aspect ratio."
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with GREEN #002827
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
goldtexture_JF pattern in the foreground using these settings

ACTIVATE Raster 1
Choose your SELECTION TOOL
On the top menu select 'Create selection from:
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with goldtexture_JF pattern
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4
EDIT >>> CLEAR
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4
Flood fill with goldtexture_JF pattern
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
SAVE YOUR WORK

Open up the art-deco-free image in your PSP workspace
Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked
Select the image indicated |

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options
