STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel. Open up the Abstract-metallic-02 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 150 Vertical Offset = 100 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 180 Edge Mode = Reflect . EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 3 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates. .
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PIXELATE Block Width = 17 Block Height = 10 Symmetric = UNChecked DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 6 Open up the wallpaper-220f image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. STEP 12 Open up the jungle scene11 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options (Minimize for now) Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Repeat both Drop Shadows LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 13 Back to the jungle scene11 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 14 ACTIVATE the Merged layer Open up the cute monkey 2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
