STEP 1

Open a new image 800 x 600
Transparent background
PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit)
PSPX-
PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel


SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL

Open up the Rich-Blue-Abstract
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.

DESELECT

STEP 2


EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR

STEP 3

Open up the fishing net image in your PSP workspace
and minimize.

In your MATERIALS PALETTE (foreground)
select the PATTERN
symbol
load the fishing net pattern using these settings


You will locate it at the beginning
of your pattern options


STEP 4

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with the fishing net pattern


SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 5

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the
CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 6


Open up the bg-ocean
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.


DESELECT

STEP 7

Open up the bubble_by_kevintinierme image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55%
Check "Lock aspect ratio."
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Open up the mermaids toon
image in your PSP workspace

Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked

Select the upper mermaid

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

Open up the little-mermaid-wallpaper image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options

Open up the oval globe image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options

Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 10

Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - PSP2019: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX - PSP2019: There is no " Sample Merged"

Select the area outside the globe ,

STEP 12

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10

ACTIVATE Raster 4

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT


In your LAYER PALETTE change the
BLEND MODE to
MULTIPLY

ACTIVATE Raster 5

ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST
Brightness = 30
Contrast = 20

Open up the mahi--dolphin-89
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

Check "Lock aspect ratio."
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

Open up the diver
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
