STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel .Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 2 Open up the BlueWaveWallpaper-8b image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 - PSPX8: Use script available for download at top of page. (Higher versions follow your version's method) EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> Cylinder - Vertical Strength = 100% Locked transparency fill color = BLACK EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 90% . STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSPX4 - PSPX8: Use script available for download at top of page. (Higher versions follow your version's method) LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK.
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER .Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 5 Open up the BlueTwirl-4d image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. STEP 6 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 65 Open up the abstract-background-13 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 7 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the Arch image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to OVERLAY SAVE YOUR WORK,
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 3 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER .Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates. ,
STEP 9 Open up the buildings silouhette image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 10.00 ACTIVATE Raster 4 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 11 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the mahatma_gandhi_2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 130 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 55 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)
STEP 12 Open up the mahatma-gandhi image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 45 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 25 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the hindu child image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Repeat Drop Shadow Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 Open up the Angana image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Repeat Drop Shadow EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 230 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 63 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 15 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load zilverpatroon PATTERN in the foreground using these settings Load BLUE " #1d2bc9 " in your background
