STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the black & white waves image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FLIP PSPX4 - PSPX8: Use script available for download at top of page. (Higher versions follow your version's method)

STEP 6 ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 7 Open up the geometric bgd10 image in your PSP workspace PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is CHECKED PSPX - PSP2019: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is CHECKED Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT CLOSE the geometric bgd10 image
STEP 8 ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Hue = 167 Saturation = 105 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 7 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 12.00 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 7 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 Open up the African woman-45 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 245 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 16 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 7 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 12.00 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 10 Open up the african-artwork image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings
STEP 11 Open up the African-30d image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
