STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX - PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Open up the base frame layer image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 2 Open up the Brown_Corner_Deco image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 150 Vertical Offset = 135 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 50% Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options ACTIVATE your green frame image LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 4 Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Choose your SELECTION TOOL On the top menu select 'Create selection from: LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the portfolio_waves image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN DESELECT

STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood fill with BROWN #8f633e ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2019: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2019: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2019: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - PSP2019: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the centre of your image SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 8

STEP 11 Open up the TT-elements image in your PSP workspace Activate the 'divider' layer Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options (Minimize for now) Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 18 Maximize the TT-elements image in your PSP workspace Activate the 'deco' layer Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options, IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 265 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 100 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 23 Open up the child-1872 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 24 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name,
