LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with BLACK SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 7 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE Edge Mode = Transparent ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> Repeat Circle
STEP 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 10 Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2019: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2019: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2019: Use all layers = UNChecked, PSP9 - PSP2019: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the areas indicated

STEP 6 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load zilverpatroon pattern in the foreground using these settings
STEP 7 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the WHITE areas indicated
STEP 8 Flood fill with zilverpatroon pattern DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK

STEP 18 OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 1 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Circle Mode = Replace Feather = 3 Antialias = Checked Place your cursor at 400 pixels across and 300 pixels down and pull down until level with the 510 pixel mark on your left ruler and release.
STEP 19 ACTIVATE the Merged layer EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 20 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 3 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 3 Click OK SAVE YOUR WORK ,
STEP 21 Open up the element-91 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35% Check "Lock aspect ratio."
