STEP 24 Open up the deep_thoughts_by_katzaphire image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
NOTE If your version of PSP does NOT have COLOR BALANCE You can add the COLOR BALANCE to your psp by right clicking in your PSP Workspace and click CUSTOMIZE then go down to ADJUST find GREY WORLD COLOR BALANCE on the LIST and drag it into the list under Adjust >>> Color Balance (Grey World Color Balance is under customize All commands Grey World Color Balance drag it and drop it under Adjust color.)
