STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load WHITE ' #ffffff ' in your foreground Load BLUE ' #045ed0 ' in your background Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX - PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel .
STEP 2 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the BlueSwirl-4d image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Mirror Rave >>> Quadrant Flip
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE FFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 50% IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 4 Open up the BlackFrame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - PSP2019: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE
STEP 5 Open up the centre-template image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 6 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 24 Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2019: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2019: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2019: Use all layers = UNChecked, PSP9 - PSP2019: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the area outside the template SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT DELETE Raster 3 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 8 With Raster 2 active EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 3.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 2 Click OK
STEP 9 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with WHITE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with WHITE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE SAVE YOUR WORK

STEP 11 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 15.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 5 Click OK
STEP 12 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 3 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the area outside the inner frame SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
STEP 13 Repeat BOTH Drop Shadows DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 3 Repeat BOTH Drop Shadows LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 14 Open up the Corner scrolls-9 image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the top left scroll Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
STEP 15 Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ,
