STEP 14 ACTIVATE Raster 5 (The lady) LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 15 CLOSE the top 5 layers ACTIVATE Raster 1 Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 16 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Effects >> Insert Image Effect. EFFECT = Underwater Effect length = 2.0 secs Frames per second = 10fps CHECK 'Animation Frame'. ,
STEP 17 CLICK "CUSTOMIZE" Button Randomly pull out lines from the centre ... as many as you like. (I pulled out 13 lines ) When you are satisfied... CLICK "OK" ,
STEP 18 On your animation frames scroll to frame 1 (F:1) Click on it to select it. Right click inside the frame and select DELETE from the options. (This frame has no movement so is unnecessary.) ,
STEP 19 Back to PSP. CLOSE the 3 lower layers OPEN the top 5 layers ACTIVATE Raster 7 Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 20 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Edit >> Copy ACTIVATE your background frames Edit >> Select All Edit >> Propagate Paste ZOOM IN a little Edit >> Paste into selected frame (Try not to move your pointer when doing this) and CLICK to set image ,
STEP 21 EDIT >> Select All ANIMATION >>> Cull Animation
STEP 21 Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 15
STEP 22 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop ,
