STEP 1 Open up the scalloped_bgd image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 33 Feather = 1 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2018: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2018: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - PSP2018: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the GREEN area indicated
STEP 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select CUT from the options LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Rename this layer BGD .
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> HALFTONE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE . SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 5 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT Flood fill both sides with ORANGE #cb9626 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 Flood fill both sides with YELLOW #ecc542 DESELECT ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95% Same settings ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

STEP 8 ACTIVATE the BGD layer Open up the ovals image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 16 Open up the sketch image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 22 CLOSE ALL THE COW LAYERS ACTIVATE BLANK layer Open up the SketchArtist image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is CHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
STEP 23 Activate Raster 1 on your duplicated image Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 31 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options,
STEP 32 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. CLOSE the BLANK layer OPEN the COW 1 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options, In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu ,
STEP 33 Back to PSP. CLOSE the COW 1 layer OPEN the COW 2 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options, In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu ,

STEP 39 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop ,
