STEP 1 Open up the MultiBgd39 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background Layer EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation angle = 0 Edge Mode =Reflect EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Mirror Rave >>> Quadrant Flip Rename this layer BGD ,
STEP 2 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK BLUE " #2b3f84 " in your foreground Load LIGHT BLUE " #7e90c4 " in your background .

STEP 5 Open up the StarOfDavid image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN.
STEP 6 ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Hue = 160 Saturation = 100 Rename this layer BGD 2 SAVE YOUR WORK

STEP 10 Open up the angel-transparent image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN ,
STEP 11 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 160 Vertical Offset = 65 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 40% Change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) Rename this layer ANGEL SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 12 Open up the Nativite_CibiBijoux image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN ,
STEP 13 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 140 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 55 Edge Mode = Transparent, Rename this layer NATIVITY SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 14 Open up the peace-on-earth image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ,
STEP 15 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 175 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 105 Edge Mode = Transparent, EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 3 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 100 Blur = 5.00 Rename this layer WORD ART
STEP 16 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 17 ACTIVATE BGD 2 Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Effects >> Insert Image Effect. Select NOISE Click CUSTOMIZE button and enter these settings Click OK Enter these settings Click OK ,
STEP 18 Scroll the arrow on the bottom of the frame to first frame ( F:1) Click inside the first frame to activate Effects >> Insert Image Effect. Select ROTATE COLORS Enter these settings Click OK ,
STEP 19 Animation >> Cull Animation,
STEP 20 Minimize frames for now. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options,
STEP 21 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Select 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu press 15 times so you end up with 16 Foreground frames Minimize frames for now.,
STEP 22 Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options,
STEP 23 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Select 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Press 15 times so you end up with 16 Background frames Edit >> Select All Zoom in on frame 1 (F:1) ,
STEP 24 Activate the culled animation frames (Noise and Rotate colors) Edit >> Select All Edit >> Copy Edit >> Propagate Paste Activate the Background frames Edit >> Paste into selected frame (F;1) Click without moving your cursor ,
STEP 25 Activate the Foreground animation frames Edit >> Select All Edit >> Copy Edit >> Propagate Paste Activate the Background frames Edit >> Paste into selected frame (F;1) Click, placing carefully in the centre of the frame ,
STEP 26 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop ,
