Edit >> Select All
Right click on Title Bar of frames
Select 'Frame Properties' from the options

Back to PSP.
ACTIVATE the MIDDLE layer
Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options
In ANIMATION SHOP
Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options.
Effects >> Insert Image Effect.
Select STAINED GLASS Effect and click on CUSTOMIZE button.
Enter the settings indicated
Click OK
Enter the settings indicated.
Click OK
Scroll arrow on bottom of frame to the right.
Right click inside the last frame (F:11) to activate
Select DELETE from the options so that you end up with 10 frames

ACTIVATE the BGD frames

Edit >> Paste into selected frame
ZOOM in on the first frame (F:1)
and place the image as shown without moving your mouse,

Back to PSP.
ACTIVATE the FOREGROUND layer
Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options
In ANIMATION SHOP
Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Click 9 TIMES so you have 10 BGD frames
Edit >> Select All
Right click on Title Bar of frames

and while it is still running,
File >> Save As
Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.
Name your animation.
With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH
Close the Animation
Close the frames.
