STEP 1 Open up the curtain5 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer Rename this layer BGD ,
STEP 2 Open up the picture_bgd image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 180 Vertical Offset = 105 Edge Mode = Transparent.
STEP 3 ACTIVATE the BGD layer Open up the bells-2980 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 180 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 35 Edge Mode = Transparent.
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 4 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 10.00 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK .
STEP 5 Open up the picture_frame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 180 Vertical Offset = 118 Edge Mode = Transparent. STEP 9 Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Smoothing = 5 Antialias = UNChecked Select the area indicated

STEP 11 ACTIVATE the PIC FRAME layer Open up the les-caricatures-photos-de-bert-mclendon-17 image in your PSP workspace Activate Layer 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." STEP 20 ACTIVATE the LADY 3 layer Open up the EP_frame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Rename this layer FRAME
STEP 21 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECT your TEXT tool With a font of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK,
STEP 22 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 23 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options,
STEP 24 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu, Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
