STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-PSP2018: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with WHITE Open up the grass-under-the-night-sky image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" Rename this layer sky1
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE Rename this layer sky2 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE Rename this layer sky3 CLOSE sky2 and sky3 ACTIVATE sky1 SAVE YOUR WORK .
STEP 3 Open up the star image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" Place the selection over one of the stars in the sky. DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 4 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options. ~~~~~~~~~ Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options. Repeat this 6 more times randomly placing the stars. Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options. DESELECT ,
STEP 5 OPEN & ACTIVATE the sky2 layer In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 60% So you can see where the stars are placed on the layer below. ,
STEP 6 Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options. Repeat this 6 more times randomly placing the stars, so they are not placed in the same positions as the layer below. Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options. DESELECT
STEP 7 OPEN & ACTIVATE the sky3 layer In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 60% So you can see where the stars are placed on the layer below. Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options. Repeat this 6 more times randomly placing the stars. DESELECT In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 100% on all sky layers. SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 8 In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to HARD LIGHT on layers sky1, sky2 and sky3 CLOSE sky1 and sky2 ACTIVATE sky3
STEP 9 Open up the choir-sm image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is CHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ,
STEP 10 On your duplicated image ACTIVATE Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 80 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer choir1
STEP 11 Back to your duplicated image ACTIVATE Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings Rename this layer choir2
STEP 12 Back to your duplicated image ACTIVATE Raster 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings Rename this layer choir3 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 13 ACTIVATE the sky3 layer Open up the 3 doves image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the lower left dove. Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN,

STEP 15 Back to the 3 doves image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the top left dove. Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 19 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load GREEN " #335a6c " in your foreground Load CREAM " #e8d9ae " in your background ACTIVATE the choir3 layer LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with CREAM SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with CREAM SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Rename this layer frame

STEP 21 Open up the let your heart sing image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 23 With the text layer active LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 24 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 25 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 26 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 27 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Edit >> Select All Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 60 ,
STEP 28 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop ,
