STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the 317_Blue_Abstract image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT,
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation angle = 180 Edge Mode = Reflect SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 3 Open up the Carnivale_frame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 4 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 4 Click OK LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Rename this layer BGD
STEP 4 Open up the starburst-589489 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 85 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 4 Colour = Black Opacity = 90 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 4 Click OK Rename this layer STARBURST
STEP 5 Open up the baile-de-carnaval-de-mujer-by-vexels image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 245 Vertical Offset = 25 Edge Mode = Transparent SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 Open up the rio-carnival-dancer-by-vexels image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 8 Open up the carnival masks image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 150 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK Rename this layer MASK 1
STEP 9 Back to the carnival masks image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 150 Edge Mode = Transparent Repeat both Drop Shadows Rename this layer MASK 2 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 10 ACTIVATE the BGD layer LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 11 Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Click 9 TIMES so you have 10 Background frames Minimize for now ,
STEP 12 Back to PSP. ACTIVATE the STARBURST layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Effects >> Insert Image Effect. Select ROTATE COLORS using the settings indicated. Scroll arrow on bottom of frame to the right. Right click inside the last frame (F:11) to activate Select DELETE from the options so that you end up with 10 frames Minimize for now ,
STEP 13 Back to PSP. ACTIVATE the DANCERS layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Click 9 TIMES so you have 10 DANCERS frames Minimize for now ,
STEP 14 Back to PSP. ACTIVATE the MASK 1 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Click 5 TIMES so you have 5 MASK 1 FRAMES frames ,
STEP 15 Back to PSP. ACTIVATE the MASK 2 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right Click inside Frame 1 (F:1) to activate and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. Right Click inside Frame 3 (F:3) to activate and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. Right Click inside Frame 5 (F:5) to activate and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. Right Click inside Frame 7 (F:7) to activate and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. Right Click inside Frame 9 (F:9) to activate and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. Minimize for now ,
STEP 16 Maximize the Background frames Edit >> Select All Maximize the STARBURST frames Edit >> Select All Edit >> Copy Edit >> Propagate Paste ACTIVATE the Background frames ZOOM IN on the first frame Edit >> Paste into selected frame Position the Starburst as shown below and release. ,
STEP 17 Maximize the DANCERS frames Edit >> Select All Edit >> Copy Edit >> Propagate Paste ACTIVATE the Background frames ZOOM IN on the first frame Edit >> Paste into selected frame Position the DANCERS as shown below and release. ,
STEP 18 Maximize the MASKS frames Edit >> Select All Edit >> Copy Edit >> Propagate Paste ACTIVATE the Background frames ZOOM IN on the first frame Edit >> Paste into selected frame Position the MASKS as shown below and release. ,
STEP 19 Edit >> Select All Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 50 ,
STEP 20 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close ALL the frames. Close Animation Shop , NOTE: THE MASKS WILL MOVE SLIGHTLY IN THE FINISHED ANIMATION
