STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2018: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel. SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the 0n60y-bgd image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE CLOSE Copy of Raster 1 ACTIVATE Raster 1 .
STEP 2 Open up the Fireworks-free image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 230 Vertical Offset = 30 Edge Mode = Transparent.
STEP 3 Open up the USA_Bow_Clipart image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 62 Edge Mode = Transparent.
STEP 4 Open up the JF-Element221 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY MERGED from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. VIEW >>> RULERS Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX - PSP2018:Select your PICK tool Move the centre lower node UP, level with the 500 pixel mark on your left ruler.
STEP 5 Move the centre left node LEFT, level with the 25 pixel mark on your TOP ruler. Move the centre right node RIGHT, level with the 775 pixel mark on your TOP ruler.
STEP 6 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 7 OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE CLOSE Copy (2) of Raster 1 In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to OVERLAY on layer Copy of Raster 1
STEP 8 OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 40 Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2018: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2018: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - PSP2018: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the areas indicated.
STEP 9 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 10 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 11 Open up the blanco-azul image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 10.00
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical offset = 5 Horizontal offset = - ( minus ) 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 10.00 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 14 Open up the 4th-of-july-button image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 205 Vertical Offset = 180 Edge Mode = Transparent ,

STEP 17 Open up the 31_beauty image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
