STEP 1 Open up the golden-background_23 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer. ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Hue = 148 Saturation = 68 .
STEP 2 Open up the pacific-ocean-waves-ADJ image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 74 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 3 Open up the abstract-albums-ADJ image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 139 Edge Mode = Transparent. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 4 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the dolphin_9126 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN ,
STEP 5 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 5 Antialias = Checked Select the area indicated,
STEP 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 80 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 135 Edge Mode = Transparent SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 7 Open up the MonteMoore_Pacifica image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
