STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load the ' JSC ESP Splash ' gradient in your foreground using these settings. Load MAROON ' #8a3537 ' in your background .
STEP 2 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2018: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel .Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 3 Flood fill with the GRADIENT ADJUST >>> BLUR >>> GAUSSIAN BLUR Radius = 100.00 DESELECT With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2018: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - PSP2018: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the area indicated

STEP 6 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX - PSP2018:Select your PICK tool Move the centre top node down level with the 440 pixel mark on your left ruler
STEP 7 Pull out the left and right edges of your image as shown below Pull the centre left and right nodes out until you have the top corners level with the edges of your image... no gaps showing. ,
STEP 8 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FLIP PSPX4 - PSPX7: Use script available for download at top of page. (Higher versions follow your version's method) LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 9 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 50 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 5 Click OK
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol Use same coordinates as before. Open up the line swirl 32 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT . ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE,

STEP 15 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the pink rose16 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Check "Lock aspect ratio." STEP 19 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio."
